The Santa Barbara buckle by Comstock Heritage is an intricate buckle with loads of detail. This Sterling silver base is given plenty of matching Sterling overlays and hand engraving. From the hand wrought roped edge overlapped with 4 arrowheads, and the horse on the hand engraved scenery background, the whole buckle is then given an antiqued finish. This piece has a hinged back.
